Net 30days, F.O.B. Factory. Component General, Inc. reserves the right to ship C.O.D. or upon receipt of payment in advance, if satisfactory credit has not been established. Late payments are subject to a monthly service charge on all past due balances.

International terms are payment by check drawn on an U.S. bank in U.S. Dollars prior to shipment. Payment by wire transfer is subject to a $40 wire transfer fee. A proforma Invoice will be issued after order is received and all charges are calculated.

Quotation And Prices

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified by Component General, Inc. Prices quoted are F.O.B. seller's plant and do not include export packaging, packing, insurance, duties, federal, state or local sales or excise tax.

Title To Goods

Title to goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss or damage shall thereafter rest with the buyer. Claims for damage or loss while material is in transit must be made against the carrier by the buyer. All claims for shortages must be made within 30 days after date of shipment of material from seller's plant.

Important Note

Certain products described in this catalog contain beryllium oxide ceramic. If misused, beryllium oxide can be potentially hazardous. Operations such as grinding, laser cutting, or certain furnace operations require special precautions. Disposal by public waste is prohibited.

Governing Law

All rights and obligations of the buyer and seller shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

Warranty

Component General, Inc. warrants that, at the time of shipment, the products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Component General, Inc's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of such product within 90 days from the date of shipment from Component General Inc. This warranty does not include items that have been misused, improperly applied, altered, improperly stored or improperly installed. This warranty is in lieu of all others, either expressed or implied. No representative is authorized to assume for Component General, Inc. any other liability in connection with the seller's products.

Component General, Inc. is in no event liable for consequential damage, installation cost or other costs of any nature as a result of the products manufactured by the seller, whether used in accordance with instructions or not.
