A quality control program is in effect with procedures documented in accordance with MIL-I-45208, MIL-STD-105, MIL-STD-45662 and MIL-Q-9858. All products are inspected 100% during production and sampled on an AQL basis at final inspection. For special requirements and non-catalog features, please specify the Component General part number, value, tolerance and identify the non-standard feature, with drawing if required. If the non-standard feature can be specified in a few words, this will be sufficient. Component General will, upon receipt of the order or upon your request, issue an in-house part number for the item. Our engineering personnel will be most happy to discuss your requirements. Cross-reference sheets are available to aid you if you have a competitive part number and need the Component General part number.
We also maintain our own machine shop for making special request parts. With in-house test equipment, when applicable, the following tests can be performed per customer requests and also for verification of the performance of our components.
